  Everyone was pleasant and NICE, very helpful but then again not. I bought the Note7 from this seller and was told I have to wait 3-5days for a text message send my old phone back for the by back program. Then another 12wks to see the money credited on my account. Long story short my husband walked it to a Verizon store last night and they paid him $300 for his phone (he used it as a down payment on his new Note7) right then and there. NO PROBLEMS, NO HASSLE! Had I been told that could happen I would have done that and not have the hassle I am going through. But instead I am now returning my phone and going to always stick with a really Verizon store when i will get another new Note7. Very disappointed!

  I made a long trip to go to the Newark, NY store last week, because they have been so helpful in the past. Once again I found, Paul especially, to be kind, patient, respectful, and informative as I decided on a new phone and had it activated. It made a busy and stressful time much easier to have this wonderful help.
